She suggested to leave earlier.
She suggested leaving earlier.
When suggest is followed directly by another verb, use the -ing form, not the to-infinitive: ‘She suggested leaving earlier.’ ‘I suggest taking a taxi.’

The boss suggested us to take a week off.
The boss suggested that we take a week off.
The boss suggested that we should take a week off.
Do not use suggest + person + to-infinitive. Use suggest that + clause.
After suggest that, we can use the subjunctive, which uses the base form of the verb: ‘The boss suggested that she take a week off.’
In British English, we can also use should: ‘The boss suggested that she should take a week off.’
We can also use suggest + noun: ‘She suggested a walk before dinner.’
