I usually go to the cinema on Sundays.
Use used to for things you did regularly in the past or that were true then but are no longer true: ‘I used to go to the cinema every Sunday, but I don’t now.’
For habits now, use usually with the present simple: ‘I usually go to the cinema on Sundays.’ Do not use use to on its own for a present habit.
